This is a really nice set! I enjoyed the flowers very much. I also liked the cool little volcano on the wooden stump and the bunny. I am glad I reminded you of HCP, I enjoyed the virtual walk through the park. :)

I did a little photography of flowers as well. Not as many or as good (done with my iPhone) but I think they came out alright.

I had a great time over there and you will too when you come down in October.

I took your other suggestion and went with it this last weekend. I hit up venice and shot alot of graffiti and took a bunch of others that I dont know what category it falls under. I haven't looked at them to tell you the truth.
I look forward to seeing what you have. Do you categorize your sets? Maybe have a random hodgepodge set? For those shots that defy categorization.

I've been thinking about it big time. I have some shots of some homes, then I have the graffiti and skate park and then I have some really nice waves crashing over a mini jetty over there. I think I might split the homes off from everything else.

I also have a good story where I was almost robbed and extorted twice. I thought my life was boring until I stepped back and looked at this trip and realized that stupid crap like this happens to me all the time. It was really fun! :-)
Oh geez! That's the last time I send you to Venice @_@ I look forward to your story though.

It's alright, I've been in rougher neighborhoods than this was, and been around weirder people too!! I think I'll load em up today and see what I've got.
Wow. Looks like you've really got an eye for what you are doing. I'd say, "Never apologize for your writing, ever", even though I've caught myself doing it. People who plan their writing out too carefully are exactly the kind of people I think are the one's who make great editors. Editors... in my experience, they have a tendency to read too quickly, missing the point.

Thanks for continuing to post your photos and your writing. I'm definitely enjoying seeing the way you frame what you see as well as seeing what you think.

Hey, Thanks alot. I think i was raised a little bit more on the apologetic side, so it definitely is a set of trials to not be like that. In regards to planning my writing, I'm full of crap. I don't plan anything out. if it wasn't obvious enough, but I would like to come up with some bullet points of what I'm thinking because I move to different thoughts quickly and tend to forget about what I was just thinking. I hope I don't become an editor, though I do tend to miss the point on occasion (more like all the time).

Thanks for the kind words of wisdom. I definitely like seeing what I i'm thinking too, But even that is up in the air when I'm in action. :-)
