My friend and I didn't end up eating there, but we did pick up a Spaten Oktoberfest beer and a Kirin Ichiban over at the Germany and Japan sections. They also had the biggest Bratwursts I've seen since I went to the Oktoberfest at Alpine Village last year.
In the center of the circle, they had a bunch of independant vendors, kind of similar to a swap meet or at the OC Fair. I didn't really find much interesting here except for eating and drinking, which I prefer one but not the other. You can be the judge of which.

I think its quite sad to see that most peoples thoughts of Japanese food are rice bowls and sushi. |
Thanks for dropping by and checking out my pictures. If you would like to see more information on the street fair, Click Here

Curious to know what types of food were served in the German and Japanese sections. I really, really want to try takoyaki.

in the german section, it was mostly Brats and other oktoberfest style foods. and the japanese section, I think they had teriyaki, some sushi, and I think yakisoba. I would love to try takoyaki, but I don't remember seeing anything like that. Their selections were a bit on the dismal side. Not very big at all :-(

Teriyaki beef is more common in Hawaii than here in Japan. I don't recall ever seeing it actually...not the version we eat in America...which is awesome!

I think Kabayaki on beef would be more of an interesting flavor than teriyaki is. hmm... I should try that sometime.

Orange would definitely be a cool location for an Oktoberfest... Brats and beer, hells yes!

Kirin beer is pretty good. But I like Asahi best!
I like the shot of the Masonic Sign~

That masonic temple sign sure was the winner for the night. Thanks Cameron!
